Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

This information will only be shared inside our organisation and, with explicit permission, with your immediate neighbours (where we create a repeat bookings as a group calendar entry).

Your information is securely stored in the TOPUP TRUCK database.
We keep this information for a year or as long as it is in use. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our records so that no member of staff may contact you erroneously.
