Vegan Parmesan

Here is a ridiculously easy recipe that you can make entirely from TOPUP TRUCK ingredients that is great to whack on top of pasta dishes or a gratin of seasonal vegetables like Jerusalem artichokes. Mmmmm....


  • 100g Cashews

  • 3 tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast

  • Half a teaspoon of salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a fine powder is achieved.

  2. Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

  3. Lasts for several weeks!
