Vegan Parmesan

Here is a ridiculously easy recipe that you can make entirely from TOPUP TRUCK ingredients that is great to whack on top of pasta dishes or a gratin of seasonal vegetables like Jerusalem artichokes. Mmmmm....
Ingredients:
100g Cashews
3 tablespoons of Nutritional Yeast
Half a teaspoon of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a fine powder is achieved.
Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.
Lasts for several weeks!
